+Vouch. User has provided me with a Functioning VCC that was able to be used to verify a newly created Paypal. Took around 3 minutes in total after asking me if i would like a certain name and address listed on the card. Would recommend as the prices are pretty decent if you would like to verify a PayPal account instead of paying others like $5 or something around that. Good luck with sales @Poseidon
