Dragonfable trainer don't work for me (need Help) :(

The adobe security update is same for all. Go to settings, windows updates, view all updates, find security update for adobe and send me what the KB:numbers are then ill update the OP.

Log in as administrator, try Safe Mode.

There should be Adobe Flash windows updates. If there is none, make sure you download the latest adobe flash, restart computer, and look in safe mode.

Okay, so I remote controlled his computer by using TeamViewer and he has not Security Update for Adobe on his computer, unless it's named differently for Windows 7. I tested that DragonFable Trainer, but it crashed (crashed when loading SWF) when run as an admin and when not, nevertheless, his Windows 7 language is something I can't read, but I understood that trainer stopped working, because of Windows dialogue box (I have seen it before). So I tested another trainer on his computer and it gave this message:

This crash happened when connecting, and it basically loads SWF as well, so I think SWF loading is the one that crashes trainer (maybe?)
I had similar problem before, but I got it fixed, by registering some file, but I can't give him straight answer so he need to google for solutions. Image above can be helpful, if you know how to google, but I'm not gonna try every solutions for him. So if anyone knows exact answer to his problem, you are welcome to give it a try!
