Refund on Nike?

Refund on Nike?
Hey, wonder if someone trusted, preferably with a service is able to refund a pair of Nike shoes that costed 160$ at 10%, the purchase will be made from Sweden (EU). Searched around and I can barely see anyone with a Nike service for EU, so post here if it's doable!
