Did you use your real name under the billing address?
Got a HSN refund done around mid February and got the money returned to my bank a few days later. After that, haven't heard anything from HSN at all.
So a few days ago I just got a letter in the mail pretty much saying that they are rebilling me for the item. I used flex pay so the first installment is set to be charged late May.
What are my options here?

Billing address yeah because the payment wouldn't have gone through if the name on it didn't match the name on the card.
For shipping, I had a different name.

Refunder most likely did use the didn't arrive method. I had a visit from UPS a while back. Spoke to them about some stuff and they were on their way. Never had to deal with them again.

They've been doing that to a few people, here's a link to a similar thread:

Call them and they'll cancel it, I had that happen to a guy i know once
Cancel the CC linked to the payment.
Call up HSN and ask for details; stick with your refund story.
GL
Called and got my rebill cancelled a while back.
Ask your refunder and he'll most likely do it for you.
Like I said .-. ill call for you just give me your CC info and how much money you have on there![]()

Why do you think this happened? Probably best to call and figure out why they are rebilling. If they send to collection agency, this will be a pain in the ass to deal with, and your credit will take a hit.
I was about to get rebilled as well, but after a talk with a manager, it was all good. I recommend you doing the same.
Get a phone call them and do sexual noises if its a guy..
Im kidding, just call and ask them why and stick to the refund story
