Its a 8-bit game who can't make a 8x8 image? All it requires is paint, or Paint.NET if you wonna be a cool kid.

Microsoft Paint, what you mentioned above xD, the one that comes pre-installed with Windows.

xDDD Oh, I don't recommend mspaint then. The transparrent background is too overkill..
