TPS questions
The higher I put the server's TPS the more jittery the enemys and pets are. Can this be fixed by more memory or cpu power? I need a higher TPS for the shatters, shaitan, etc.
you probably want to keep the TPS between 5 and 10. TPS = Ticks Per Second, hence why everything becomes jittery. You shouldn't need a higher TPS just because of a dungeon, if that's the case, you might want to remake the behaviours.

Higher the TPS the more precise movements get. That's why.
TPS is ticks per second. This is how many full updates the server performs every second.

Concerning memory, you should consider profiling wServer.exe and finding out how much memory it uses [Note: Task Manager does not provide an accurate estimate] (as well as the database which I assume is hosted on the same machine). You want enough memory to comfortably fit your database daemon and your server processes, and a little more for system purposes.

As for CPU, the TPS you have directly affects how much CPU you need. Lower TPS compromises less updates by simply supplying a delta Time per update rather than running a whole new update.

Any Production dungeon runs on 5 TPS. If you need more than that, it's probably a behavior-related issue.
5 tps/hz, thats what prod uses, and that is what you should use, but to make your server "good" you need to implement a proper system to use the servertime/clienttime, and that you need it for shatters or shaitan, thats a lie, prod has done it with 5, so you can do it with 5 too, and remember that the sinkrate for the quicksand in the tomb is based on your server ticks, that means that more ticks does make a tomb with quicksand unplayable in my opinion.

PS: think logicall, count to 5 in one second and repeat that, do you really need more than 5 for a game like realm? its not like battlefield or any other fps where you need at least 30+hz, the game was never designed for more than 5hz
