Mod .REZ File

I was able to edit .REZ File but I don't know what was wrong, for example.
If I use the PV-KNIFE.LTB, and If I edit the animation length, and compile it, and try it in-game, if I press "3[dagger]", the dagger won't appear, and the last weapon will remain but you can't fire, or do anything, I tried to copy the same animation length of Senpai Alligatorsky123, but the result always the same...

Can someone tell me the reason why I can't do some mod rez?

Nakapagdownload nako e, the thing is, mali yung Username and Password dun sa "The Demons Files Unlocker", alam mo ba user and pass non, kuya?

Update --
I got to manage to get the "The Demons Files Unlocker" without requiring a password, but there's a problem, when I clicked the "Unlock File" it indicates that "Failed to Unlock: PV-KNIFE.LTB" when I un-checked the alert me something, something, the error "PV-KNIFE.LTB is corrupted or isn't supported, how to fix this?

Kung di mo maconvert yung ltb to lta ganto gawin mo
step 1:extract mo yung ltb file (Any extractor pwede gamitin, winrar, 7zip, etc.)
step2: Delete ltb file.
Step 3: Yung new file drag mo sa ltb to lta.
Step 4: May lalabas na bagong file ganto name kung knife ganto pv-knilta rename to pv-knife.lta
step 5: Para sa model edit na gawin mo yung sa baba
Kung di mo ma open sa model edit ganto gawin mo:
Step 1: extract mo yung file.
Step 2: Delete mo yung ltb file
Step 3: Drag mo yung file sa ltb to lta
Step 4: Tapos yung lalabas na kunwari pv-knilta ganyan lumalabas eh rename mo yan sa pv-knife.lta
Step 5: Drag mo yung lta sa model edit.
Galing yan sa ibang thread pero ako rin sumagot nyan.

May lock button sa kanan, unlock button sa left.
Wag mo check yung exclude model geometry, after mo compile lock mo yung ltb file

I mean kuya ganto.

So the steps is:
Step 1: Extract mo yung LTB file via 7-zip.
Step 2: Delete the LTB file.
Step 3: Change the "FILE" that you extranct into ".LTB"
Step 4: Drag your extracted ".LTB" file in LTBtoLTA.exe
Step 5: Edit your LTA File in "Model Edit"
Step 6: Compile it without checking "Exclude Model Geometry"
Step 7: Missing

So it's like that, how can I lock the file using 7-zip?
