does anyone know how to take the skins out, I see people getting VAC banned and taking out shit, wtf?

Taking skins off of a VAC banned account? Never ever heard of this being possible, can you give an example or a source?

Lol I thought at first from reading the title, it is a skin fetish and he wanted to take a skin out on a date 
I think you can ask the guy that traded you the skins to report you at steam, and he might win and get the skins back, you will get community banned too tho, not sure it still works, it once did.
Maybe they traded them only for the match?
