Expedia booking problem

Hey

I booked a flight yesterday with expedia points yesterday using the phone line. The points were taken away from my account and the agent told me i would get confirmation email within 24 hours.

It has been around 15 hours now.
I received an email saying this ;

I still don't have any bookings under upcoming trips. I call in and all the reps are basicaly retarded filipinos.

What do I do?
