Must be just you, download the rar supported on MPGH. Should support everything you need. The Aesir Cheats folder and the 4D3 folder.

Our private project is taking a lot more time than we expected, and we're also busy with day to day jobs. Considering we're still perfecting our menu drawings and everything else.
