But partial refunds can be done literally, on almost every site. Investigation will be 1-2 weeks but regardless, you get the money back.

Would a partial avoid having the delivery man invved? Could u just say box was in perfect condition to avoid that .

it won't involved the delivery man due to you got your parcel , they would just think of internal error .

Partial refunds have a risk believe it or not. Weight and value is certainly a factor, especially with Addidas.

Anyone who has "experience", has experience in a partial refund. You don't need more experience in something in order to pull of a refund however. All you need to know are the steps.

For partial, you simply say items never arrived. Weight does not matter, if you're smart about the items you chose. They don't weight each single pair of sock and a t-shirt you purchase, thus your point is irrelevant.

You know more than anyone that difficulty and investigation time varies from company to company though, which is what I meant. In the end you will receive a refund yes, but it's about how clean you do it.
