Also if you don't plant to do cpu overclocking you can save 50-60$ buy not going water cooled

I'm going to try to get the CPU refunded if possible so doesn't matter. What do you recommend for cooling?

Well since your case is opened the water cooling one would look the best, but serves really no purpose... Plus if you live in canada its cold anyways so there will probably be no difference.

I wish there were more options to buy such GPUs in my area. Miners have bought them all. Every shop I've checked is dry on those.

even on 1070s? their price to mining performance ratio isnt that good compared to amd ones

and @Shadow looks like a pretty solid pc, but do you already have the 1070 or why isnt its price included in your calculations?

Good list for high quality power supplies, the 700B is not very efficient or good quality.

if you're getting the cpu refunded im guessing your going to do the gpu as well. and if that you should just go for a 1080 or 1080 ti

Just get a 1080. 1070 prices driven up by Ethereum mining. Also, just get a nice air cooler. I'd recommend Noctua.

Looks like you have yourself a pretty solid build. Not bad for the price, the one I'm building is similar in price but I've decided to go with a Ryzen CPU for streaming from a single PC. But, love your build I think it will handle anything you throw at it.

you can take cheaper motherboard. any that will take memory speeds

you can buy used memory kit. 99.9% chance that will be like new
you can get used gpu to
of course you can buy used cpu to.

motherboard must be always new!
power supply must be always new
storage and cpu cooler to.

if you are not seing this part. just go used -s what i write here
you will go cheaper. and maybe you will buy good monitor or keyboard + headsed + mouse
