Whats the difference between internals and externals, which is better?

I have never know what the difference between internals and externals was, I just always use externals because I dont know which injector to use. What are the pros and cons of each? Which is better? Also, can someone include a good UD injector, I cant seem to find one without everyone say that its detected. Thanks.

For me safer are externals, cause you can only get ban for 1 file.

internal - If you want to use internal cheat you need to use injetor then you can inject it to for example skype/ cs go procces.

external - here an injector is not required. You just need to open .exe file and that's it
