quick advice
Im planning on getting this build,

what should i replace ? i want to keep it same price range.

I'm more worried about the Video card, what should i replace it with?
What are you mainly using it for?
What's your budget?
What resolutions will you be using it with? Aiming for 60 or 120+ fps?

Just from what i've seen I'd at least get the 1060 6GB rather than the 3GB one, otherwise upgrade to the 1070. You could always get an I5 or ryzen if you're gotta make cutbacks. pairing an i7 with a 1060 doesn't that worth it tbh.

Also consider if you really need the disk drive, you may end up barely using it if you download games and stuff, you may use it for other stuff tho.

I want to have the disk drive just because it's like soo i'm used to it.
I will be doing gaming, programming nd just watching streams.
so 1070 ?

would PNY - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Video Card be good ?
or spend the extra money for

Asus - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Dual Series Video Card
I'd just recommend a 1070
For 1080p, 1060 is fine. 1070 is better for higher resolutions and future proofing tho.
why are you considering getting last years cpu? rather get a 7700k and a z270 mobo

and pairing a 1060 with just 3gb isnt that good of an idea, at least get a 1070 if you wanna take full advantage of the 7700k, you can also just go with a 7600k and invest the saved money into a 1070 or better
Get a Cryorig H7. Similar price to Evo 212 and better cooling.
Your system will at very very very max use 450w-500w, so save some money and take the 650w or 600w (even tho rmx series doesn't have 600w).
spend extra money for 1070 trust me its more worth it then 1060
Replace the videocard with 1080, better
That is a pretty good setup, but you might wanna buff up the video card itself, something upwards of a 1070.
