Apple Refund help

I just ordered 3k macbookPro from apple. i called and used the empty box approach. they said they would investigate but when i looked at my account it said "Return Request Expired" in the status bar. i started the refund Friday and nothing. So today is now Monday and nothing has happened i called and she says they are investigating and cops will come.

The item is still in the box unopened and don't plan to nvr put it on. I just want to sell and make some money.

Any help would be great or any refund tutorials would help as well.

If you said empty box and there was an investigation opened then empty the box for if someone comes by. Otherwise I think that lady is trying to scare you.
