How to find Pointers and Offsets without CE?

Hey Guys, i have a question.
how i can find the weapon pointers and offsets without Cheat Engine, because Crossfire Europe detects Cheat Engine.

would be nice when i become a answer

for crossfire.exe : when you see xtrap load pause crossfire.exe then open x32dbg and attach crossfire.exe and do whatever you want .
for cshell : just unpack it ( use themida )

Dump your cshell and searching some string or make logger with pattern they posted somewhere in this section !
