Open Source Game Engine Godot

The engine became very popular in recent months. I see madewithgodot hashtag instead of madewithunity in twitter and downloaded in Steam. The language of engine something like python that called gdscript but my opinion scripting is harder . And another interesting thing is node . I still trying to unterstand node

Many new engines have surfaced during these past 3 years. For the best I hope as many are simple and easy to learn.

Oh my the reality of physic's is going to be messing with peoples heads because every new game engine will always have a problem with the physic's.

I made my Thesis work with this game engine recently(2D RPG).
Very powerfull if you get used to it. In several ways I like their node system better then the Unity way. The scene inheritance system is more logical to me then the prefabs in Unity.
Also soon version 3.0 will be released with modern 3D capabilities and C# support and visual scripting. I definetly recommend to try it out.
