Transforming items Doesnt work?

I use the empty slot ID 652 Then I search, and my slot is empty, and tons of shit pops up, I equipt my flashlight, and then I do increased value only 6 pops up when I have 33 Uncommon. Any ideas on how I could change up my IDs so it will work? If it still does work may you give me a step by step?

I added you on D.iscord, i managed to change the ID's and all that, but in my loadout i see a purple flash but when i look at the actual character i see her holding a medkit ( i tried to transform that into a purple flash) help would be appreciated. When i restart the game it changes the medkit just to a purple flash and the amount hasnt changed. (so the items havent transformed)
