Put it in your Garry's Mod lua folder. I have Windows 10 so my default directory is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\l ua

VAC has been dead for sooo long in Garry's Mod. I don't consider it a thing. You'll most likely get banned on specific individual servers if it has any sort of anti-cheat such as QAC, CAC or GAC. If you do get banned from a server, you can easily use a family shared account and you'll 99% of the time be unbanned on that account unless the server bans your IP or you've been banned from that server before.

Some repost shit, had this shit some weeks ago, half of features ain't working. All ya did was change color in menu to green and edit title.
