Does first Apple refund always work?

Has anyone ever experienced a denied refund, or re-billing, on a first Apple order? (Like literally first order, not just a change of Address/IP/CC, etc) I was planning on refunding an iPhone 8 when it comes out, but should I just get an iPhone 7 right now to be safe? (In case Apple comes cracking down by the time iPhone 8 releases). Also, what carrier does Apple usually ship with in Canada? And should I expect Apple/carrier to come up knocking on my door?

im sure it has happened. not every refund is a success...however, it seems rare. Unless the refund messed up somehow, you can basically count on an apple refund. it seems the people being caught up now stupidly signed in with the apple ID that they ordered with and had their accounts linked.

either way, apple is catching on. I dont expect it to keep going like this for more than a few months. the sooner you order the better.
