Apple replacement refund in store
So as the title says I got a replacement instead of refund and I was wondering if anyone has any experience returning it to the store? Or if there any issues that might come up will doing it?

Thanks a lot.
Don't do it. I did it. I gave the laptop to the guy at the counter and he scanned it. He looked at me suspicously, then I hear someone yell "freeze motherfucker!". I turn around and the FBI,CIA,DHS,NSA,The local police, the state police and my angry parents were all behind me.

Needless to say I got grounded for a whole week!
He meant to say ur good ^
I took me refunded apple product to the apple store and got it replaced and they didn't say anything so i think you should be good. They wouldn't see your order. Just the warranty and stuff and day it was bought
Nah man, Just do it the easy way and leave a note outside your door telling UPS to return the package to sender. Thats what I always do. Easy and simple. But other than that, apple store is cool too but more work.
That what I was gonna do but my refunder said it might take up to 2 weeks. And I want the money back asap. Said it was quicker in-store so gonna have to do that

How long did it take for you to get your money back when you did that?
Depends on the shipping speed. I used the fastest shipping so the package got back to apple in 2 days. Then the $$$ came back in 5 days. So approximately a week to get your money back. Not too bad to be honest.

Oh so you paid to ship it back? What if you deny it? Ever done that?
No, I didn't pay to ship it back. I denied it with a note I left on my front door for the delivery man to see. The note i left basically said to send the package (replacement) back. Or you could tell the delivery man in person to send it back. Note works fine though.

Oh so depending on the shipping you got when sent is how fast it gets sent back?

I got overnight shipping for my replacement so I would get overnight shipping back?
Yeah, the package will be sent back at that speed with no extra charge.

You do realize that declining the package and having it ship back to Apple, arrive to Apple, process at Apple, and finally refund, will take far longer than accepting the package and locally returning it to your Apple store? You're cutting a few more days in the whole process and you are also not running the risk that perhaps the package gets lost in the process or any shipping damage occurs.

That rarely ever happens. There is a risk in everything however. He could also get robbed on his way to the Apple Store.
it doesn't matter if you return your replacement
