Outdated[X17.0.0] CrazyClient (new tinker stuff does not work but everything else does)

Hey, releasing this while CrazyJani is gone or someone else takes over.

I do not want to be continuously releasing this, so someone else will need to take over this project!
I won't be able to fix any issues with this client, I am only updating it as courtesy, since I know a lot of you love this client.

I pulled the latest version from his github and included all the changes from build 1503417246 to 1504630694.

Info:
The tinker quest UI does not work, you will need to switch clients to use it. The marks themselves work and are not the Art items or anything. So gameplay isn't hindered.

I just tested the client again, got NO disconnects from 15 minutes in godlands and a puppet.

One thing to note is that debuffs are inverted, if it says ignore on in the options that means you will take the shot.

Also, turn "Disable Client Swap" off! If you are shooting while using this you will DC.
