This simple tool allows you to set your own custom FPS Cap value.

-= How to use =-
1. Start League of Legends
2. Start FPS Capper
3. Move slider to change FPS Cap value
4. You can click the text control to change it to text box (set value manually)

You might only have to disable your antivirus, not your firewall.
