1. Locate your "Managed" folder of Fallout Shelter (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout Shelter\FalloutShelter_Data\Managed).
2. Replace the original "Assembly-CSharp.dll" with the modded one (the one that you downloaded).
3. ???
4. Profit.
