3. Press f9 to toggle the glow on or off (true or false)

yeah i always disable my anti-virus and windows defender. its says The archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

Uhhh, are you using a virtual machine? If you don't know what that is, it's the concept of "Virtualization" or in the olden days "Dual-Boot" it means you are trying to open the program on a virtual PC. IE: Having a windows PC running a Linux VM.
