Aight so, never had this shit happen before so I thought I'd just ask here
Is this basically a limitation, preventing me from using the money in the PayPal? I tried sending some money to a friend via friends and family and it gives me the "We can't send your payment right now" bullshit. I used to get that error, but after 2-ish days, it went away and I was able to send money, but I don't know if that'll change with this 21 days fund bullshit.
Any help/advice is appreciated.

The "We can't send your payment" is unrelated. You probably sent too much money at one time or you did something that they found suspicious. It goes away after a couple days, as you found out. As for the 21 day wait you will have to give me more information. Is your account a business account? Have you received any good & services payment?

I made a *****.gg for a test to see if I could sell shit through that and put up a test email for 0.02 cents, had a friend buy it and that's when this happened. And no, it is no a business account.

What happened is that *****.gg sends you payments via good and services that is why the payment was put on hold. Try getting someone to send you money as F&F and get back to me if it gets put on hold

Yeah I did, my friend sent me like 2 cents around 5-10 minutes after it popped up, so F&F works. I can also make payments through steam and shit still now cuz I bought paint the town red not too long ago. The only thing I can't receive is payments under Goods and Services

You cant receive G&S at all or is it just a 21 day hold? 21 day holds on G&S is normal for PayPal accounts, especially if you haven't verified your address, ID, and SSN

It says I've received G&S payments up till 19$ for some reason, but idk - but is this something to worry about as far as making payments to something like steam, origins, uplay etc and sending and receiving payments under F&F?

You are getting this because the person who sent you money sent it through goods and services. Just have all your customers send with Family and Friends to avoid this problem.
