Deleting Items in the DBD Save Editor
Hello,

I'm experimenting using the Save Editor kindly provided by David Ze.

I just spent a few hours familiarising myself with the entire program, and after creating my "perfect" save file I launched up the game, only for the save file to not work and once I tried loading the save file in the program, it wouldn't open the file as it could not load it.

I do luckily have an old backup, however I want to delete select/all items in my characters so I can add select perks, offerings ect and copy and paste them. How do I delete item values, if at all possible?

(Example: Deleting Addon_Flashlight_001 off the list)

Are you asking if you can delete the Item off the list?

Ex: Addon_Flashlight_001 delete the whole thing?

You can only modify and add stuff.
I'm not sure if there is actually a way to delete stuff off of the list.
Unless someone corrects me on this.

I hope you're wrong; it's a nightmare manually checking items of the same name I copied over to another character to have to manually adjust them to the amount I want. I wish David Ze considers adding that option if he updates!

u can deleting Items, Perks and stuff set the amount to 0

I appreciate the advise, but I meant I want to be able to completely remove the item - e.g. Addon_Flashlight_001 - from the list, not just changing the value.

you change the amount to 0, load the Save again and TADA, its deleted. :P
