And no, using extreme/gameowner(that is probably detected by now) doesn't help, unless you want to get vac kicked/vac banned. Use
something less popular.

Open csgo first, use your preferred injector, inject to csgo, close your injector(!) and press delete or insert. I wouldn't
recommend using it ~16 hours after the approval.
No, I don't know "a good injector", nor I'm going to link you one. Do some research.
