That's not an ip ban. It's just an account ban, you can still make a new account and play.

I have several pc and in all and with different accounts, new, old, the same problem is still happening.
Apply the steps that are said in various topics do delete the folder identifiers and the ip and all that but nothing works, in all the pc any account that is put out the error
