Im just gonna go ahead and save you money from being scammed. Just buy with paypal using a credit/debt card from your bank. Use a vpn while buying and say the item was unauthorized. There you go dude.

That's the problem, I bought with CC (Not PayPal) so I can't refund using that method

From what i've seen it looks like alot of the G2A refund services are closed/postponed until further notice.

The reason they are postponed, is that their livechat is down for some reason, since opening ticket and waiting for them to reply, gives them time investigating rather than quickly refund through livechat.

thanks for the quick answer, I'm thinking their livechat is down to prevent an influx of people complaining about this;

Hopefully they'll bring it back soon. really looking forward to seeing the refund service come back up

Yea that seems to be the reason why their live chat is down. Hopefully they fix whatever the hell is wrong with that.

Anyone know if G2A's live chat has come back yet or is it still disabled
