Is there any way to make it compatible with apple?

If there is an .exe, please install Wine. This will allow you to run .exe files on OSX, so you can use it. You can also drag the .swf file into Flash Player Projector (google it).

how do you change the auto aim from closest, highest hp and closest to cursor?

Earlier today I died using this client and had auto-nexus at 35%.

Ofcourse, because this client doesn't have a strong Auto-Nexus. I recommend using Crazy Client.

Google it. There are many tutorials. This happens with not just rotmg hacked clients but with rotmg itself sometimes.
Here are a few tutorials incase you are to lazy/busy to look them up...
