so some guy scammed me for virtual good and i payed through goods and services i reported an unauthorized activity but paypal closed the dispute
it wont let me make another dispute what should i do?

The reason you can't open another dispute, is because they have already investigated this case, and have decided to not refund you. Due to the nature of PayPal, you are less likely to win cases regarding unauthorised authority, and therefore should try the other option. It checks your IP, and how you sent it, and obviously, PayPal found nothing suspicious. You unfortunately can't do anything, unless you contact your bank/credit card provider. Otherwise, you can call local authorities and tell them to investigate.

If you call them, they will reopen it. Just say you meant to select "not delivered".

Just select "Not Delivered" instead of "Unauthorized activity" because they check your IP. If its same IP its look like a false report and you not going to win the case.

I'd suggest calling them through customer service and explaining directly what is wrong. They are much more responsive when you ask them in person.
