I'm getting an error saying "You cannot connect to the server. Please try again in a momment". How do I fix this, it's happening before I can even get to login screen I WANA GO KILL PPLZ!! plz help

ya the nexon site in general is lagging, the server is lagging , freezing when i was playing i was teleporting and now its giving me this error
