.pak file doesn't work

First Iam Unpack the .pak file , and then the file change into .bak

Second I want to get the DLC file , i edit the .bak file

Third I open DeadByDaylight But the dlc steal locked

HELP MEE!!!

I think unpakking your pak file is not really necessary. If you can't crack your dlc with HXD try doing it with steamcrack, works fine.

You don't need to unpack your pak file. Tf are you on?

Only thing you need is HxD and the ID's for the Exclusives.

You don't need to unpack your pak file if you only want DLCs. OP might've unpacked his file to change FOV or remove corn and mist.
OP editing the .bak file won't do anything since you unpacked your game. You'll need to do the same steps but for DlcDB.ussaet if you want the DLC or CustomizationItemDB.uasset if you want the exclusives.

You don't need to edit the CustomizationItemDB.uasset ffs, you edit the pack with HxD. He also didn't state that he was doing anything to change FOV or corn and mist.
