you can use the old methods but you have to wait 1 minute and 20-30 secs in order to gain some renown. You will get about 23 renown each game ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There is one method. It gives u the same renown as earlier. But its a bit tricky to pull off since people tend to go afk after a game cancelling the match.
