How to make a Text-Based Maffia Game?

I want to start my own Text-Based Maffia Game (A site like Omerta).
I saw a Tutorial on how to make it last week, but I can't find it anymore :|

- Is there someone who knows where I can find a Tutorial?

Is it possible to find a Script somewhere,
copy&paste it = Text Based Maffia Site?

Because when I have a basic Script, I could change the Details myself ^^

When you say Text Based, do you mean mafia wars for example or mobsters?

Yes, just sites like Mobsters, Mafia-Family, Russian Maffia, Omerta/Barafranca.
