How to send a PM?

Hi, I have a problem... I must reply to "[Mpgh]Liz" because she asked me about coding for op7 or CA... But i can't find the PM button xD I can send PM to other users but i don't see the PM button in her profile xD

Does someone help me please?

When your reading the message look at the bottom right and click "Reply"
then you should be good to go.
