CS:GO Mouse Lag
After the Windows 10 Creators Update, when playing CS:GO I get bad mouse lag/stutters and I can no longer do the recovery. Is there any way to fix this? I have Game Mode off as well.

* Before Doing This Create A Restore Point Just In Case*
Run it as administrator, go to performance and turn off anything that is running that is unnecessary. If you hover over the text next to the check box it will explain what that service is for and its purpose so you can have a good idea if you want it running or not.
then goto security > privacy > there is a shit ton of stuff you can turn off. I recommend watching a video before tampering so you don't fuck up anything lol
after that hit apply tweaks restart your computer and you should be good
