Bite Coin!
Since bitcoin is grown to the $10.510,- I really recommend to all of you to start investing in it. Bitcoin became well stable cryptocurrency a couple months ago. There are a lot of wallets for Bitcoin so you have many choices. I won't recommend you any because I think in some way that's advertising. You have only to search. I'm afraid I didn't buy it 5-6 months ago, because I just wanted it to fall. Don't wait! Those who are waiting will just suck, like I did, and many others did! Good luck & bite coin!
yea but im not going to buy when the price is shooting up more than charlie sheen??????

Myth Busted

In the same boat. Didn't really have any interest in bitcoin and how sorry I am now. Maybe I should invest now in Litecoin.
It's mad, I've just sold my stock which I bought for £4900/pB and sold for £8k/pB. Just be careful, as bitcoin is now a major target and threat for banks. And banks have a massive influence on government policy. This pressure may lead to markets such as the China market withdrawing. However, I believe that as BTC is a major currency for illegal activity. Governments will soon put regulation in place restricting the 'un-tracability' of it. Which then may lead to people opting out of btc for the dark-web, and subsequently the market value will drop significantly. Just be careful, and keep an eye on the media.

Alright. But I'm sure I can earn.

Australian government supports cryptocurrencies. it supported an ICO released a couple days ago by putting 8 million into it.
It went over $11k yesterday but has now went down a significant amount, I think $9.5k right now or so, invest when it crashes really low
I’ve heard from people that it’s going to steadily fall. Both win win for me, if it falls I can buy bitcoins if it’s still sky high I already invested in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin seems to be in the new paradigm place right now
Whatever happens to bitcoin, I will keep it and wait to go over $15.000,00. I want real profit
Would it not be better to invest smaller amounts of money into newer cryptocurrencies and wait for them to (potentially) rise? For instance, buying like 10 coins in a lot of newer currencies which may look promising, waiting a while and it could raise to a hell of a lot more money. More long-term and I guess more risky but could work nonetheless.

No. My prediction is that, after 20 years, there will be only one currency. That will be bitcoin/world currency, all other currencies including euro, dollar and etc. will be removed. So, other cryptocurrencies will lose its value.

I can see where you're coming from, I do think that cryptocurrencies will replace the currencies we have today since the world is becoming more and more reliant on technology. However, I'm not too convinced it will be Bitcoin - in it's current state it is quite impractical for standard everyday use with normal transactions in stores and so on. Transactions take too long to process, the fees are too high, it's very difficult to trace any transactions and can be heavily abused by criminals.
I don't think general is where this thread belongs, but either way you shouldn't invest in any stock when it's at an all-time high, unless you're holding long term.
