Please Help me I got an Error!

I restarted 2 times my computer.But no success.

Have you updated your drivers recently? Upgraded anything? Any changes at all to your hardware?

Formatted my computer.

click start>>type dxdiag in the search box

press enter

click view or display(different for xp and vista)
make sure that these 3 boxes are ticked:
DirectDraw acceleration
Direct3D acceleration
AGP textures acceleration

that should work, if not it is most likely that you need to upgrade your directx and your video card drivers.

well it should say view instead of display...i said that

if you cant find the search button from the start menu click run instead and tyoe dxdiag

can you not read?

i said twice to click display. its a tab up at the top

then you simply need to update your graphics card drivers, directx and your .NET framework.
