Question about Macy's Refund

Does anyone who has refunded Macy's know how long do they take to refund? I have 2 questions.

I got my Macy's order refunded on Friday and was told by the refunder that the order has been refunded.

1. Does Macy send a confirmation email regarding the refund? If yes, how long does that take?
2. How long does it take for the money to hit back your bank account?


Its been so many days and I havent received anything so far.. Kinda worried.

So many days you said it was done Friday correct? Thats not long and you should receive the email within 5 business days. Notice of return or look on your account online

The money hitting your bank eta is up to your bank all of them are different

Looking at my email history it took 3 days after calling before I got my refund email.

This was back in February of this year.
