How long do microsoft take to ship?

They're taking the piss right I ordered on yesterday 8am and it's now 3pm and the order status is still "pending". On paypal, the authorisation thing is there, and the money has gone from my bank (even though it doesn't say WHERE it's gone, the money just disappeared). Is this normal for MS? Or is something messed up?

It takes a while to ship out. Sometimes they even cancel after authorizing and taking money.

They shipped a half of my order so now im worried. They shipped the cheapest first and i paid for expedited shipping.

It can take up to two days depending on stock. Be patient.

took almost 4 days and they sent everything in different shipments now im having trouble contacting anyone on skype to complete it.

Ordered yesterday morning for 3 surface books i got tracking info this morning.

Remember it is the holidays so will take longer
