Cheat Engine

Not sure if this is the right section, anyway I have a question.
I've been using Cheat Engine since 2013 and it always worked for mine.
A few days ago, I decided to reinstall my windows and I haven't been able to use it again since then.
Everytime I run Cheat Engine or CheatEngine Installer, my game freezes up/crashes ( My game is always opened, of course ).
I have tried reinstalling cheat engine and this game, and it didn't help.
I even tried changing the program's name ( Cheat Engine ) because I thought they had updated the game and it was blocking Cheat Engine itself. My friends are still able to use Cheat Engine on this game. I've tried almost everything and I'm not sure what to try anymore. I've also tried using Tsearch, many other hex editors and those work fine.
My game freezes up before choosing the process, it also freezes up when I run Cheat Engine Installer.

Maybe you have some problems with windows installer ?

have no idea dude but if you overclocking your hardware stop it.
if not try to change you sata / ide port on your mainboard yet again try to change you RAM location on you MB.

Did you RAM go at 100% on your task manager? If it did during that time, then it might explain what's wrong.
