Question about VAC

Can you still get a VAC ban if you open and then close a cheat a split second after?(before the interface loads up)

as i know, it can... depending on instant or delay ban..

Doubt it, VAC is pretty shit I wouldn't think their system picks up cheats that fast lol. I guess you'll know soon. I was using a one and a half-year-old wallhack cheat for the longest time and I never got vac banned but other people that used it got banned >.>

well, i've hacked before and the longest ive gone without getting a ban was like 3 weeks and they werent VAC bans, the only 1 time I got a vac ban was when i had a cheat running and i went afk for a few hours. Got a vac ban like 3 days later.

unlikely, but yes it's possible. never open a cheat when logged in to a steam account that you really care about (like if it has a lot of skins or something)
