help with microsoft

trying to make a purchase on italian microsoft with paypal but i keep getting error everytime i try to confirm the purchase , tried contacting microsoft but they say they cant do shit and its paypal/card fault , called both paypal and card and they said everything is fine with them its 100% microsoft blocking them.

Anyone had similar problems? how did you fix them? Tried to create new acc using same pp but didnt work

I had the same problem. Its actually your bank. They will keep saying its not their fault but if you push them, its on their end, not paypals

Is microsoft refund possible with personal credit card when trying for only one item around $2k?

It honestly has to do with your country sometimes.

if tourcountry is billed by microsoft uk (ireland ) forget it....
