I know this is often times overlooked, or spoken of too much, but if anyone is ever feeling upset or down and thinking of making a rash decision, please please just make a call to the National Suicide prevention hotline. Open 24 hours a day. 1-800-273-8255 is the number. Your life, regardless of current situation is too valuable to make a decision such as suicide. Not only are you eliminating your time on this earth, but in coincidentally impacting those who love you , around you. Things may not always been okay in your situation, things may seem tough, like there is no where to go or no other option. But seriously, your life is so precious. Things can improve, and deciding upon an ending decision is not the option to be taken. Please please call if you ever feel lonely or sad and or in need of a conversation. A number that takes no information, keep your privacy, and will talk to you in time of need.
