Scammed, need help getting money back

Hi all, just before New Years I was scammed of around 300usd. I’m just wondering if anyone knows if there is a chance of getting it back. I paid the scammer via f&f PayPal so not sure. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

@Vinnie_ You cant chargeback on f&f .. file for unaurthorized transaction and see if that helps. contact support and talk to them about it.

Yep, just tell them u never done that transaction. I've done that 3,4 times for those motherfcukers.

Fuck them bro. I feel you. I got scammed twice last week. Paid thru btc as well. Just use VPN next time and and if he scams.wait until next day and call it an unauthorized payment

You can get it back if you also used your debit or credit. But if you used paypal balance just say that you have never received your item you were looking for or say you sent the wrong amount

I just lost $150 to a scammer f&f the other day. Not a good chance of getting it back with f&f. Best bet is to call your bank and report it and they may be able to get it refunded or make up something to paypal, but they will most likely not help you. It's not often people get back f&f payments. There is a reason scammers ask for Friends and Family

As mentioned above, contact PayPal and tell them you never authorized the payment, there may still be a chance to get your money back that way, if the money you paid was debited from a bank/debit card and the PayPal method fails, just chargeback directly through the bank but be advised that your PayPal account will be banned for sure.

If you tell your bank that you never authorized the transaction you will also have the debit/credit card blocked and a new one sent to you.
