Is there any guide on how to protect yourself when SEing/Refunding? Like VPS and such? If not, what do you do?

Well.... there is no "100%" full proof way.
VPN would be useless imo, you don't need to use anything. I have never heard of a case of someone going to jail or anything for SE'ing or refunding lol.
In the worst case you'll get a charge. But it's not likely that you will be taken to a custody. Just do nothing
I use a VPN 24/7 just cause.
Most people use VPS for SE'ing and what not.
I personally use a VPN inside a VM whilst wearing a tinfoil hat for extra protection.
If ya really paranoid visit ya closest McDonalds whilst wearing a hoody and take advantage of the free WiFi use tor. After your done with your se'ing business dump/trash your computer. Everyone knows nothing can be completely deleted. That way the FBI/CIA/NSA/KGB has nothing against you :s than rebuy and repeat
ISP tracks your download and upload. You can mask this into encrypted data by using a vpn (find a vpn that doesn't save data). You shouldn't be Social Engineering if you're scared of going to jail. Because even if you get paid, the bank can demand you to tell them where the money is coming from.
