1. No refunds, all sales are final.

2. If you chargeback, I WILL win the dispute on Paypal, and I will also open a scam report.

3. You may not resell, redistribute, crop or edit any of my designs without my permission.

4. You may not use my design without credits unless given permission. This includes editing the credits out, or otherwise omitting them.

5. You may only cancel the order if I have not started on the design.

6. Prices do not include project files. If you wish to purchase the project file you will need to contact me.

7. All payments must be made before work is started on a design

8. Prices vary based on design complexity. Listed prices are base prices.

9. If you ask for changes before completion I will change your design, however, if it becomes excessive then I will charge you for the extra time spent on the design.

10. I can edit the T.O.S at any time without notice.
