Don't think so. Personally, I think it's an exploit that takes place in the lobby before a game starts. Just used to farm BP.
Interested to find out the method tho, this guy does it on both maps and some guy who watched a replay of the exploiter said he disappears when he turns round a corner of some sort.

Exploit to go below the map and sit there til the game ends taking 0 blue damage.

Recently I saw post, there it was said to delete some pak and your ground will disappear, and then you can swim under a map on a boat
